Magic Guest ("we", "us", "our") is operated from Vienna, Austria. We provide an AI-powered guest communication platform for accommodation providers.

Email content: booking-related emails processed through our AI system via OAuth (Gmail, Outlook) or SMTP/IMAP connection.

We use your data exclusively to:

Process and draft replies to guest inquiries
Sync bookings across your calendars and channels
Improve our AI models and service quality

4. OAuth & Email Access

We connect to your email via OAuth — the same technology Google and Microsoft recommend. We never store your email password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and follow security best practices to protect your information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Magic Guest (hosting, AI processing), bound by data processing agreements.
