By accessing or using Magic Guest ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Magic Guest is an AI-powered guest communication platform that helps accommodation providers manage booking inquiries, draft replies, and sync calendars. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

3. Beta Program

Magic Guest is currently in beta. The Service is provided free of charge during this period. We reserve the right to modify features, introduce pricing, or discontinue the beta at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Magic Guest drafts replies using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications before they are sent to guests (unless you enable auto-send, in which case you accept responsibility for auto-sent messages).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Guest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed bookings or incorrect AI-generated replies.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
